Forgot your Blacknut password?

To reset the password for your Blacknut account, visit this page and enter the email address affiliated with your Blacknut account. We will send you an email containing a link to reset your password. You can also reset your password via your Blacknut account profile.

Via My Account

Requires password confirmation.

1. In your browser, go to My Account.
   2. Click on the Account information tab.
   3. Under Password, click on Edit.
   4. Enter your current password to authorise the changes to your account.
   5. Enter your new password, and click on Confirm.

With the Blacknut app

Requires confirmation of your address.

1. Open the Blacknut app on your device to get to the login screen.
   2. Enter the email address you use with your Blacknut account.
   3. Click on Forgot your password?
   4. Go to your inbox to see if you have received an email to reset your password.
   5. Use the link contained in the email to change your password.
