Change the email address and/or password for your Blacknut account

Change your email address

If you need to change your email address, you can do so in your Blacknut account profile.

To do so, head to the "Account information" tab in your Profil or in the app.

When you change your email, authentication will be required to keep your account secure.

Once you have entered the new email address, a confirmation request will be sent to your old address. Once you have confirmed it, you will receive an email at your new address confirming that the change has been completed.

Change your password

Your Blacknut password protects access to your account. For security reasons, you should change your password on a regular basis.

Prerequisites - You must:

• Be logged in to your account profile with your Blacknut username and password.
• Know your current password. If you have forgotten your password, reset it.

To do so, head to the “Account information" tab in your Profil.

For security purposes, you will be asked to enter your current password. Then click on “Confirm”.
